Get Involved with Spark!
Thank you for your interest in Spark! As the only youth empowerment program in the nation with a one-on-one apprenticeship model that engages and empowers middle school youth in their education, Spark is grateful to all of the advocates, partners and supporters who make our work possible. Below are a few ways to get involved, as well as Spark staff members you can contact directly to learn more.
Ways to get involved:
- Become a volunteer Apprentice Teacher: inspire a young student to pursue their dreams!
- Host a worshop or field trip at your workplace.
- Become a Spark supporter! Make a personal, tax deductible contribution to our youth apprenticeship programs.
- Recommend Spark to your company-sponsored foundation or corporate giving program.
- Host a houseparty or other fundraiser to introduce friends and contacts to Spark's critical work in the community. Contact Sarah Schramm at sschramm@sparkprogram.org, or (415) 626-5470, x110 to plan an event for Spark!
