Spark seeks a Development and Communications Manager for our National team.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Development and Communications Manager (DCM) will support the CEO in developing and managing Spark’s comprehensive fundraising and donor management process for the national team. The DCM will lead the organization’s strategic pivot to a combined Development and Communications team. This team, under the guidance and direction of the CEO, will create branding and marketing initiatives to raise awareness about Spark and grow our revenue streams.
