Office Issues
Recent challenge: Sustaining our funding during the course of this year has been a big challenge, though it has improved a lot in the last four or five months. But, the first half of the years was very difficult.
Measures of success: How many apprenticeship we can create, and ultimately how any students, thanks to Spark, will successfully complete high school and go on to further education.
Smartest move: Hiring a team that is mission-driven and willing to challenge how we do what we do.
