Spark Welcomes New Executive Director to the Bay Area

Join us in welcoming new Executive Director Jennifer Rider to the Spark team in the Bay Area! Jennifer brings expertise across multiple disciplines including financial management, program and fund development, impact measurement and operations. With more than 20 years of experience as a consultant and in full-time leadership roles at Junior Achievement of Northern California, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida and more, Jennifer is committed to student success and organizational growth. 

“With our long-term goal of partnering with 10,000 students annually, Jennifer’s experience leading and growing large-scale, cross-functional organizations makes her an ideal fit for this role in Spark’s founding region,” said Jeanette Castellanos, CEO, Spark.  “Her passion for and commitment to partnering with communities and students is evident in her achievements in the youth service sector.”
