Mariscos Jalisco

Owner Raul Ortega founded the truck 17 years ago in Boyle Heights focusing on cooking from his hometown of San Juan de Los Lagos in Jalisco, Mexico. His truck has been recognized consistently as one of the best restaurants in Los Angeles by food critic Jonathan Gold.

From street cart to food truck and now a storefront in LA’s Arts District, Wes Avila – the genius behind Guerilla Tacos – pairs his fine dining background with dynamic flavor combinations to create tacos that are out of this world.
